After the call, pay the planning fee, and we'll create a custom travel proposal for you to review.
SCHEDULE A CALL
Once we receive your form, we'll schedule a call to discuss your travel needs, answer any questions, and start crafting your ideal itinerary. If calls aren’t your thing, we can proceed via email.
BOOK YOUR TRIP
Once the proposal is approved, we'll handle the booking process, ensuring everything is reserved and ready for your upcoming adventure.

Mica did a fantastic job with everything! From initially hearing us out on places we wanted to go, to making the whole trip easy on us schedule wise, to providing fun/unique experiences and ideas we wouldn’t have thought of. We loved the tours that were set up for us, and our two amazing tour guides. The hotels were incredible, especially the private Ryokan style hotel in Hakone and the one in Osaka. Mica went above and beyond planning our honeymoon - we were not the easiest clients as we changed the date of our honeymoon as soon as the big items were booked, and then she had to push us to lock down other activities as we got closer and closer to the trip.
