Mica did a fantastic job with everything! From initially hearing us out on places we wanted to go, to making the whole trip easy on us schedule wise, to providing fun/unique experiences and ideas we wouldn’t have thought of. We loved the tours that were set up for us, and our two amazing tour guides. The hotels were incredible, especially the private Ryokan style hotel in Hakone and the one in Osaka. Finally, we loved having everything laid out and not having to worry about scheduling. Would highly recommend and will use her again for future trips!

I felt a job well done. Our one not great hotel experience could not be rectified by Mica as it’s definitely an internal problem with the hotel. I would just suggest not using it for a while until they sort themselves out. Everything else was 11 out of 10. Super happy with our trip. Also our cooking experience in Lisbon was super.
